Would you like to provide your employees with an exclusive meeting point before and after the run? If so, simply book a company marquee in the official BusinessRun Village at the Coque – directly adjacent to the start and finish area. Ideal for meeting up after the run, enjoying a company catering event or to accommodate colleagues who don’t take an active part – complete with meet [&] greet area, including a company marquee and individualised trim your very own meeting point before and after the run.

Leasing a marquee in the BusinessRun Village also provides the option to book separate catering. (see below)
Leasing a company marquee is possible during the online registration for the Luxembourg Times BusinessRun. (NOTE: The marquee booking will be activated after you have registered as a company). If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to info(at)business-run.lu.

Catering for your company marquee
As part of the company marquee option, you can book a catering arrangement through us.
A catering arrangement for your company marquee can only be booked through the organizer. Bringing along your own food and drink is expressly prohibited. If you are interested, please send your order to wolfgang.kirchen@coque.lu until 06.09.2024 12 p.m.
You are also welcome to purchase food and drink from the public catering stands.
